The AI Yellow Pages is the first AI-readable database of private businesses in America. We collect public business registration data from state and federal government sources, normalize it into a unified database, and serve it through APIs that any AI agent can query.
There are over 33 million businesses in the United States. Only about 4,000 are public companies covered by SEC filings. The other 99.99% — the private companies — have their data trapped in 50 separate state registries, government SFTP servers, and CSV downloads that are invisible to AI.
When you ask an AI "what private businesses in Naples, Florida have been operating for 30 years?", it can't answer. The data exists. It's public. But it's not accessible.
52% of US employer businesses are owned by people 55 or older. 2.34 million Baby Boomer-owned businesses are approaching retirement. $10-14 trillion in private business assets will change hands in the next decade. Nearly two-thirds have no documented succession plan.
This is the largest ownership transition in American business history, and nobody has a searchable database of which businesses are ready.

We pull data from government bulk download systems across 8 states + federal and 3 federal agencies — SFTP, CSV, and open data portals. No scraping. No terms-of-service violations. Just public data, structured for AI.
Every record is normalized into a unified schema. Florida's 1,440-character fixed-width records and New York's CSV files become the same queryable format. FMCSA fleet data enriches entity records with scale and operational information.
The real power is the combination. A 30-year-old Florida corporation where the president is also the registered agent, with a DOT carrier filing showing a shrinking fleet — that's a business doing $2-5M/year with a retiring founder and no succession plan. No single database tells you that.
